"Called to recharge freon in my HVAC unit. Upon arrival Sherman noticed the fan wasn't spinning. He did some testing and determined the issue was a capacitor. He replaced the capacitor and proceeded to check the Freon, which turned out to not need servicing. I was informed throughout the process about what he was doing as well as how the parts work together. He could double his price and it would still be reasonable."
